A Heartful Approach to Teaching and Groups
Community is a vital part of being a human being. We are social creatures and need each other perhaps more than we would care to admit. Groups and Classes can be a very good way to address concerns and grow as a person. And they are very cost-effective. I have developed and led a variety of Meditation and Mindfulness classes and programs. My current offerings include:
Meditation for People CONVINCED They Can’t Meditate
New Class Starting September 19, 2016 5:30pm
Many people are convinced that they cannot meditate. Come to this class and discover that everyone can meditate everyday. Mindfulness Meditation has been scientifically proven to have robust psychological and physical benefits even at the beginning of its practice. Learn to use these simple but powerful techniques throughout the day to skillfully meet life’s ups and downs.

We know what we need to do but often have trouble taking the necessary steps to actually doing it. In Radical Self-Care for Healthcare Professionals you will receive support and learn techniques to meet yourself in new and caring ways.
